Special Olympics Sydney Upper North Shore Registration period is 1 January to 31 December.
When completing the form please remember on the top of page 2 to circle that you either agree or disagree to media consent. If you disagree, your athlete will not appear in any articles on the Sydney Upper North Shore website.
Registration fee for 2010 with Sydney Upper North Shore is $120. For further information regarding this increase in registration fees please read the letter-to-our-athletes-re-2010-fees2 from our 2009 Chairman Greg Simmons. This money along with the renewal form needs to be posted to Special Olympics,
Po Box 262, Mona Vale 2103.
