“All you need is bugs.. da da da da da… All you need is bugs.. bugs… bugs are all you need…” (Sung to the Beatles All You Need is Love) Loud and extended rounds of applause, cheering, whistling, smiles and laughs burst forth from the Karonga School hall during their recent school production of Bugs. Our Variety Night Dinner is our major fundraising event for the year. All credit for making the night such a wonderful occasion goes to Fran and Karina Eustace and their very hardworking committee.
Events like this cannot happen without input from our sponsors and we are very luck to be well supported by our major sponsor SAS Software based at Lane Cove. SAS not only supports us financially they also provide volunteers to assist with our sports programs. Read more

Nathaniel Wins Gold!
September 1, 2010 by deb · Leave a Comment
Nathaniel has continued his winning spree of late with a gold medal in the Macarthur Disabled Ten pin Bowling Championships. Winning gold was certaily a thrill as Nathaniel posted some outstanding scores with strikes and spares galore, but the highlight for Nathaniel was meeting up with the athletes and volunteers he has become friends with over the years of competition.
Earlier in the day Nathaniel participated in the Sydney West Regional Tennis Competition where he achieved tied third in the singles. It was certainly a long and tiring day but very satisfying for Nathaniel.
Never one to rest, Nathaniel has also recently participated in the invitational cricket day held at Bankstown Oval. This provided a great opportunity for Nathaniel to hone his skills in readiness for the start of the SOSUNS cricket season next month.
