In 2010, Police officers will take the “Flame of Hope” torch across 40 cities in 29 days leading into the opening ceremony of the National Special Olympics Games being held in Adelaide. This Law Enforcement Torch run event is Australia’s biggest fun run event for 2010. SOSUNS Celebration of Dance

The 2009 dance program finished spectacularly with a dance concert featuring five of the SOSUNS dance groups and the Inala Music Ensemble. Held at the kindly donated Turramurra High School Hall, the concert showcased our athletes dancing routines they have spent much of the year learning at lessons attended each week. Each group performed at least two dances for an appreciative audience whose only complaint for the night was that it had to end. Read more
Tennis Cove and Marty Sports Support SOSUNS

Eighteen months ago a group of athletes living in the Chatswood/Willoughby area desperately wanted to join Special Olympics and learn how to play tennis. There was just two problems - extensive phone calls and research had failed to find them a coach or a venue.
