SOSUNS Models Dazzle all in Blue Illusion Fashion Parade
August 24, 2010 by deb
Shoppers at Blue illusion women’s clothing store in Hornsby were recently treated to a dazzling display of modelling skills by Special Olympic athletes Caitlin, Lucy and Nalyn. Making their modelling debut, the girls confidently dipped, twirled and sashayed around the store in their flattering outfits.
Blue Illusion staff were recently asked to choose a charity to sponsor for 2010 and after learning of the great work Special Olympics does in providing weekly sporting and competition opportunities to children and adults with intellectual disabilities, store manager Beth said that, ”The choice was easy. The girls were so much fun and we really had a good laugh with them. We really could not have chosen a better cause to support.”
Blue Illusion’s Brietta and Megan worked hard choosing outfits for each of the girls that reflected their personalities and was flattering of their figures. Young and playful for Caitlin, sophisticated and pretty for Lucy and bright and bubbly colours for Nalyn. Staff proved that Blue Illusion clothing can fit any figure type.
Family and supporters had a great time watching the girl’s spontaneous and natural approach to modelling. Athlete, Nick, thought the girls looked “..awesome..” while James had a bias for Lucy saying that she “..looked very cute..”
After spending the whole day in a state of great excitement, the girls thoroughly enjoyed their moment in the limelight.
If you are looking for a special outfit, please consider supporting Blue Illusion women’s clothing store. The staff, Beth, Brietta and Megan really were wonderful, generous and caring with our girls and will be with you as well!
